Monument Live @ Crewe Limelight Club

In late April of 2005 I went to the Crewe Limelight Club to see Monument - the only Ultravox tribute band that I am aware of.....

Lead Vocalist, Guitar & Keyboards (quite a CV!) - Mike L

Electric Bass (a bloody Musicman Stingray by the looks of it!) - Davy B

Davy B wearing his keyboards hat - you can tell he is a 1980's purist as a lazier man would have just done the bass lines on a sequencer rather than blat them out on a keyboard by hand!

Tommy the Drummer - less is most certainly more - a single tom, bass and snare mixed with a few Roland pads with a few cymbals to add colour.

Sleepwalker (I'm not sure if that is his real name) - wrestling with the technology.... and EMU and an anonymous Yamaha - plus an effects rack the size of Stonehenge.
